Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order for a personal or commercial project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following information.

TERMS & CONDITIONS for commissions

ETA/TURNAROUND TIME

Depending on the size of the order, you can expect anywhere from a few days to 2 months for full completion. I will always let you know if anything has come up that will delay your order such as illness or personal emergencies. Feel free to ask me for a specific time for your commission as well and I will do my best to give you an accurate estimate.
Exception for late November/early December: This is the busiest time for my shop and small business. If you order around this time, please expect to wait longer than usual.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
In the event that I have received payment and your project has not been started and must be canceled, a full refund will be issued. This has never happened before, but just in case! Orders cannot be canceled after payment is received.

PAYMENT

  • Payment will be processed through PAYPAL invoice. All payments are final.

  • Payment may be received 50% initial deposit before the beginning of the project, 50% upon completion. If you prefer, full payment can be sent anytime before the completion of the piece.

  • I accept payment plan options for orders over $100 USD.

  • If you have not paid yet, all the WIP (works in progress) images I send you will be watermarked and in a small, reduced resolution. Unwatermarked and finished work will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

  • All pieces are priced in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is accepted only in USD.

  • Prices are based on time, complexity, effort, and experience. I put my full effort into each piece to ensure it is up to my high standards of quality and I care about making it perfect for you.

PROCESS

1. Contact me through your prefered platform (facebook, discord, or email recommended) with your commission request.

2. Send the details of your request. Detailed written descriptions, reference images, drawings, or anything else you have is especially helpful and appreciated.

3. I will confirm your request and provide a price quote.

4. Please note that in the event of receiving multiple orders, I work in order that the commission request was received, so you may be put on a waitlist. I will request payment only when I am ready to begin your order. If you have ordered with me before I am also happy to accept payment after completion or during the WIP process.

5. I will send you a work in progress rough sketch. Please detail all desired changes or alterations at this time. I suggest that every customer take at least 24 hours to look over the sketch in order to ensure that it is completely satisfactory, but I will not enforce this. It is up to you to decide if you are fully happy with the sketch. Please consider carefully because it is extremely difficult to implement big changes later on in the process of creating your piece, and additional charges may apply. I am not at all bothered to try a different pose or outfit or anything like that during the sketch stage. Afterwards, it is very difficult.

6. After the sketch is approved, I will continue to work on the piece until completion. I will provide 1 or 2 more work in progress images for your consideration unless circumstances require more.

7. After payment is received, I will send the full size, full quality watermark-free finished artwork. .PNG, .JPEG, .PSP, etc. are available upon request. By default, I will send high quality .PNG files. I will also send you a watermarked version for internet sharing. Due to the high amount of art theft, please do not share the full resolution unwatermarked piece online. I provide crops, resizes, watermarks, text added for free with your order.

SHIPPING OF TRADITIONAL ORDERS

  • For traditional mediums like watercolor paintings, I will ship the piece to your address for additional charge.

  • The shipping costs will vary depending on your location. National (USA) and international shipping are available to most locations.

OWNERSHIP & COMMERCIAL WORK

  • I must always be credited as the creator of the artwork. Personal use commissions may not be sold or distributed for any kind of profit or monetary value. A watermarked version of your order containing my credit or your personalized text/custom watermark must be used when sharing on internet platforms or social media.

  • All customers maintain ownership of all original characters, concepts, and designs belonging to them. I maintain ownership of the artwork produced.

  • Commercial project ownership, distribution, and crediting will be discussed based on circumstances. Commercial pieces will have additional charges and an increase in price. The starting base price for commercial pieces is $100 USD. It will increase depending on complexity, detail, size, and use.

  • I am happy to work with authors for book illustrations and more.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • For canvas sizes exceeding 3500 x 3500 pixels at 350 dpi, there will be an additional charge for an extra-large resolution, as these are more heavily detailed and time-consuming to work with. Additional price will vary depending on requested resolution.

  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission.

  • I will not copy other artwork or replicate someone else’s art style. I am happy to incorporate new techniques and variations into my own work, but my pieces will always be original and reflect my personal style.

  • You may not, under any circumstances, use any of my work in or with generative AI programs and doing so will result in being publicly blacklisted and blocked from all my socials and contacts. If at any point you feed any portion of my work into AI or use it with any generative AI services or platforms, including chat or text-based platforms, it will result in the complete loss of any deposit you have made to a commission. I will not issue any refunds for this and your commission process will be terminated.

  • Inappropriate behavior will result in the termination and cancellation of your commission. Polite, professional, and courteous behavior is expected at all times throughout the commission process. I can and will refuse business with rude customers.
